Quill was a funny, bright, slightly melodramatic girl who tried very hard to read our minds. She was a natural water dog, and had a great affinity for feline and equine friends. Quill was named by my husband, and it originates from the main character Peter Quill, in Marvel's comic series Guardians of the Galaxy. Her registered name is from one of the popular songs in the movie. So she singled out in AKC Conformation, but being a show dog was not her favorite thing to do. She retired to a companion/performance home in November of 2018.
Her notable wins was a second place in her age class at the 2016 Dalmatian National's Sweepstakes, and her best pointed win was Winners Bitch at the 2017 Dalmatian Organization of Tulsa Specialty.
